Fitness programs, personal training, and sports performance are all generally the same thing. The difference is what you want to accomplish. Your initial consultation will help design a program that is exactly what you want it to be.
Looking for a program you can follow on your own? We can do that and modify periodically as needed. Want someone to monitor and guide each session? We can do that, too. Choose one option or mix and match for a program that fits your preferences and schedule.
Initial consultations, follow-up consultations, and guided sessions can all be done in-person at our clinic or remotely from anywhere. Remote options include scheduled live sessions (telephone, online text chat, and online audio or video chat) as well as non-scheduled communication where you can read, view, and respond on your own time. Various platforms are available for online exercise programming.
Physical therapists have extensive training in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. We understand the science behind movement and specific exercises that are helpful and harmful. Additionally, our knowledge of medical diagnoses and physical impairments puts us in the unique position to design programs for people with acute or chronic limitations who want to improve their functional ability.
